Monvi ("App") values the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
1.1 Account Information Email address, profile name, and password. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and can never be viewed as plain text.
1.2 Financial Data Income and expense records, budget goals, savings goals, recurring payment information, installment plans, net worth data, and salary calculation records. This data is used solely for in-app functionality.
1.3 Preference Data Language, currency, notification preferences, week start day, and app settings.
1.4 Subscription Data Subscription status, plan type, and expiration date. This information is managed through RevenueCat and is used solely for entitlement verification.
1.5 Automatically Collected Data Device type, operating system version, and anonymous crash reports. The app does not collect location data.

Monvi does not collect, sell, or share:
Location information
Contacts or address book data
Photos or media files (receipt scanning is processed on-device)
Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
Cross-app tracking data
Any data shared with third-party advertising networks
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
Providing core app functionality (income/expense tracking, budget analysis, reporting)
Offering personalized financial insights
Sending notifications and reminders (with your permission)
Managing subscriptions and entitlement verification
Providing cloud synchronization services (optional)
Troubleshooting and improving app performance
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
4.1 Local Storage (Offline-First) Your financial data is primarily stored on your device. Sensitive information is protected using iOS Keychain (SecureStore). The app works without an internet connection.
4.2 Cloud Storage (Optional) When cloud synchronization is enabled, your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, linked to your user ID (UID). Firebase operates in ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified data centers.
4.3 Encryption All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Sensitive data on the device is protected with SecureStore.

The app uses the following third-party services:

7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the following rights:
Access: Export all your data via Settings > Data > Export CSV.
Deletion: Permanently delete all your data via Settings > Data > Clear All Data.
Account Deletion: Completely delete your account and all associated data via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Correction: Edit your account information via Settings > Account.
Portability: Export your data in CSV format to transfer to other services.
Objection: Contact
help@monvi.app to object to our data processing practices.
8. DATA RETENTION
Your financial data is stored on your device until you delete it.
When you delete your account, all cloud data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Anonymous analytics data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and improve app
performance, we use the following third-party services:
• Meta (Facebook) SDK: Device identifiers and general app usage data
(such as app opens and installs) are collected to measure ad campaign
performance. This data does not include your personal financial
