These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Monvi application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to all terms herein.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

1.1 Monvi is a personal finance management application offering income/expense tracking, budget management, savings goals, salary calculation, installment tracking, and financial reporting.

1.2 All calculations, analyses, and recommendations within the App are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute official accounting, tax advice, or investment recommendations.

2. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION

2.1 Certain features require registration with an email address.

2.2 You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with third parties.

2.3 Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately to

help@monvi.app.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 The App is a subscription-based service. A trial period provides access to all features, after which an active subscription is required.

3.2 Subscription Terms:

• Payment is processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• If a trial is offered, subscription fees will be charged automatically upon trial expiration.

• Cancellation is managed through the respective store's (App Store/Google Play) subscription management screen.

• For cancellations within an active period, access continues until the end of that period.

3.3 Prices are shown inclusive of taxes and may vary per store policy.

3.4 Refund requests are subject to Apple/Google store policies.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter.

4.2 You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.

4.3 You may not engage in activities that could damage, overload, or create security vulnerabilities in the App.

4.4 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 The App, its design, logo, source code, and all content are protected by copyright.

5.2 You retain ownership of your personal financial data entered into the App.

5.3 You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 The App is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

6.2 Monvi is not responsible for financial decisions you make based on App calculations.

6.3 No liability is accepted for direct or indirect damages arising from technical failures, data loss, or interruptions in third-party services.

6.4 Monvi's total liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. SERVICE CHANGES

7.1 Monvi reserves the right to modify features, pricing, and these terms with prior notice.

7.2 Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 You may cancel your account and subscription at any time.

8.2 In case of Agreement breach, Monvi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
